First of all, I'm not at all upset or offended by this comment.
Second of all...I feel like it's a more complicated answer than yes, this will happen or no, it will not. The relationships are far more complicated than that.
That being said, I do like very much to write about threesomes and polygamous relationships. And the nature of Jeff and Jensen's relationship, the slave/master aspect is such that Jeff is never going to be able to cleave to just Jensen. At some point, he will need to take a spouse. And, too, the story itself has talked about Jeff's issues with monogamy. So...on the one hand, Jeff and Jensen will be very much together and have a relationship that makes them both feel happy and fulfilled. OTOH, it won't be a strictly monogamous relationship. There's just no way it can be, in this world and with these characters.
The main arc, however, IS totally all about Jensen and Jeff. So, if you read to the end of that (which I haven't written yet, there are about 10 more chapters planned right now), then you'll be okay and you'll get your HEA. Anything else that happens with them will happen in another arc of the story.
