SOMEONE NEEDS TO WRITE THIS FOR ME, PLS!
SPN/GILMORE GIRLS CROSSOVER.
Dean is missing and Sam has been looking for him for a long time with no success. Sam is worn down, on the verge of crazy and running out of leads. He runs across Dean Forrester somehow when Dean F is dying. On the verge of a nervous breakdown and possibly not thinking very clearly (SO NOT THINKING CLEARLY), Sam W co-opts Dean F's identity and moves into Star's Hollow.
At some point, he gets up to dickens with both Lorelai and Rory (Dean, you're so DIFFERENT), who eventually figure out that he's not Dean F, but keep having sex with him anyway (separately, not a threesome, you pervs).
Eventually, Sam finds some clue that gives him a new lead to finding Dean. He kind of comes back to his senses and realizes that he's got to become Sam and pick up the search again.
