I was really thinking about Wolf Moon after seeing Jarhead. It's hard for Duncan to be around all these Guards after Min's 'death', because that's the life he wanted/wants. These are the people who made it, the sucesses, and he's inevitably prey to some bit of sour grapes. But Duncan isn't a Guard, and no amount of wishing or regret is going to make it so.

But that's okay. Wolf Moon is about Duncan making the realization that it's okay and he's okay for not continuing the chase after something that was never going to be his anyway. If Min's the one that lets go, Duncan is the one that holds on, and that's fine. Both are neccessary.
